beans and sausage recipeBaked Beans & Sausages

Ingredients:
6 sausage links
2 t cider vinegar
2 cans (15 to 16 oz. each) baked beans
1 small bell pepper
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, undrained
1 t brown sugar
3 t flour

Preparation:
Cut sausage 1” pieces & fry cook in Dutch oven. Cut bell pepper in ½ inch pieces. Add bell pepper, vinegar & pineapple with juice. Mix brown sugar & flour & add to mixture, stir well. Cover Dutch oven & simmer 2 to 3 hours. Goes good with corn bread. Serves 6
