Preparation: 1 cup soy sauce
1 cup (or, to taste) brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pinch ginger
1 pinch allspice
2 pats butter
¾ cup water
Mix all together & marinate meat over night.
Preheat 12" Dutch oven (deep) and add marinated meat.
Put 8-10 coals under and 15-18 on top. Approximately 385 degrees for
45 minutes.
